If we have the product you have selected in stock we’ll ship it within 7 days. If we don’t have the product we’ll send you an email to let you know when it’s ready for shipment. Products are generally back in stock within 2 weeks should they not be on the shelf. Please note: Generally we don’t ask for tracking numbers from our shipping company. Please request one at time of order if you need it.

For Ireland, UK and Europe the cost and method of delivery will be quoted at the checkout. For international shipments please email us what you would like and your address with postcode and we can prepare a shipping quote for you.

Should you for some reason be unhappy with your product we can offer you a refund or credit within 21 days of your purchase. The item must be unused ,in the same condition it was received in and in it’s original packaging.
Please return the item to us at the address below with the original receipt.
Once the item is received it will be inspected by us and if in original condition the refund will be made and you will be notified by email

We will never pass the information you give us to a third party.

Payments can be made through PayPal or Stripe. If these don’t suit please let us know by email and we’ll arrange a different method

We are always trying to improve our products so we must reserve the right to modify certain components from time to time.

If the product you receive is damaged or defective and you need to exchange it for the same item please let us know by email and return it to the address below
