Plyblock is an attempt to address the problem of portable, covered storage containers. The world seems to be filling up with plastic ones which in our experience tend not to last long and so often crack in transit. So, we’ve designed a flat pack Birch Plywood product with a size that one person can carry and doors to cover the contents. For extra functionality Plyblock stacks to form storage for books. The doors fold back on the side panels thus hiding or revealing the contents as required but still enabling the unit to be moved around. In a similar way to our ‘Bookprop’ designed 25 years ago this product let’s the user build storage with ease anywhere without having to remove everything from it to do so. Essential functionality
